BREWING TIPS

Best brewed as a pour-over.

1. Use 15–18g of coffee per cup.
2. Rinse your filter and add freshly ground coffee.
3. Pour in around 50ml of hot water to bloom for 20–30 seconds.
4. Slowly pour the remaining water in steady circles for an even extraction.
5. Brew lighter and cleaner to let the citrus and caramel notes come through properly.
