BREWING TIPS
Best brewed as a pour-over.
- Use 15–18g of coffee per cup.
- Rinse your filter and add freshly ground coffee.
- Pour in around 50ml of hot water to bloom for 20–30 seconds.
- Slowly pour the remaining water in steady circles for an even extraction.
- Brew lighter and cleaner to let the citrus and caramel notes come through properly.

Strike is quite mellow, probably because I brew it in a French press rather than the top drip method, but very pleasant nevertheless. After the near death experience of “Skull Crusher” this brings you back down to Earth! Still look forward to 💀 though! As an occasional strong coffee drinker Strike makes a nice change - taste the coffee more.
