STRIKE - LIGHT ROAST BLEND
Squeeze the trigger on the perfect morning wake-up and let Strike fuel your day.
Strike fast with our expertly crafted light roast coffee, built for drinkers who want more lift, more clarity, and less heaviness in the cup.
Made with Colombian and Brazilian Arabica beans, Strike brings together crisp citrus brightness with softer caramel sweetness for a light roast that still feels balanced and easy to drink. The result is a sharper, cleaner cup with a refreshing finish that cuts through the fog fast.
Roasted in small batches for freshness in Manchester, it’s a light roast for people who want energy, precision and a cup that feels fresh from first sip to last.
WHY STRIKE TASTES THE WAY IT DOES
Strike is built around a Colombian and Brazilian blend chosen for brightness, sweetness and balance. The lighter roast profile keeps the cup crisp and lively, while still holding enough body to stay smooth and easy to drink.
FRESHLY ROASTED TO ORDER
Our coffee is freshly roasted in our roastery in Manchester, UK, ensuring that every batch is delivered at the peak of freshness. We pride ourselves on our small-batch roasting process, which allows us to preserve the unique characteristics of each bean and deliver a consistently high-quality cup, bringing out the best flavours.
TASTING NOTES
Bright citrus up front, soft caramel sweetness through the middle, and a crisp, clean finish.
BREWING TIPS
Best brewed as a pour-over.
- Use 15–18g of coffee per cup.
- Rinse your filter and add freshly ground coffee.
- Pour in around 50ml of hot water to bloom for 20–30 seconds.
- Slowly pour the remaining water in steady circles for an even extraction.
- Brew lighter and cleaner to let the citrus and caramel notes come through properly.

Repeat purchase to Augment my Contact Coffee supply 😁
Great coffee with a nice taste I’ll be buying again definitely
Fast service, brilliant product
Strike is quite mellow, probably because I brew it in a French press rather than the top drip method, but very pleasant nevertheless. After the near death experience of “Skull Crusher” this brings you back down to Earth! Still look forward to 💀 though! As an occasional strong coffee drinker Strike makes a nice change - taste the coffee more.
The light roast is definitely a good choice for all
