Roasted in small batches in Manchester, Raid is designed to bring out the deeper, more intense side of the bean without pushing the cup too far into bitterness. Our coffee is freshly roasted in our roastery in Manchester, UK, ensuring that every batch is delivered at the peak of freshness. BREWING TIPS

Best brewed for French Press, moka pot or a stronger espresso-style cup.

  1. Use 15–18g of coffee per cup for French press, or dose to suit your espresso setup.
  2. For French Press, add hot water just off the boil and stir gently.
  3. Leave to brew for around 4 minutes before pressing slowly.
  4. For moka pot, brew low and steady to keep the cup rich without tasting burnt.
  5. Keep the brew slightly stronger to bring out the dark chocolate depth and smoky finish.
