BREWING TIPS

Best brewed as pour-over or French press.

1. Use 15–18g of coffee per cup for a strong brew.
2. For pour-over, bloom first with a small amount of water, then pour slowly and evenly.
3. For French press, brew for around 4–5 minutes before pressing slowly.
4. Keep the cup slightly stronger if you want the full caffeine hit and darker flavour profile to come through properly.
5. For maximum impact, French press will give you a heavier-bodied result.
