Made with Brazilian and Colombian Arabica beans, Ambush combines nutty depth, dark chocolate richness and a sharper citrus edge for a cup that feels smooth, steady and properly dialled in. It has more body than our lighter roasts, but keeps enough lift in reserve to stay clean, versatile and easy to drink day after day.

Our coffee is freshly roasted in our roastery in Manchester, UK, ensuring that every batch is delivered at the peak of freshness. We pride ourselves on our small-batch roasting process, which allows us to preserve the unique characteristics of each bean and deliver a consistently high-quality cup, bringing out the best flavours.

Nutty depth, dark chocolate through the middle, and a controlled citrus lift on the finish.
BREWING TIPS
Best brewed as drip, pour-over or French press.
- Use 15–18g of coffee per cup.
- For pour-over or drip, brew with water just off the boil for a cleaner, more balanced cup.
- For French press, steep for around 4 minutes before pressing slowly.
- Keep the brew slightly on the cleaner side to let the citrus and chocolate notes stay in balance.
- Adjust strength depending on whether you want more body or more brightness in the cup.

Easy to set up a subscription and never have to worry about resupply! Great product all round, from the website, to the packaging and, obviously, the coffee. These magic beans are roasted to perfection to guarantee exceptional taste profile and strength without a hint of bitterness!
Whilst this isn’t a traditional espresso dark roast, these beans don’t lack in flavour! The coffee grinds well and produces a smooth liquor with great mouth feel and a hint of dark chocolate - full flavoured with a energising effect, not quite a PP9 battery to the tongue but it certainly lifts you! Highly recommended!
